Wo kann ich simplyOrg TablesAddOn beziehen
SimplyOrg Tables ist im Google Workspace Marketplace kostenfrei erhältlich. Dieses add-on ermöglicht die Datenübertragung von zahlreichen simplyOrg Tabellen zu Google Sheets. Einmal angebunden, können Sie Ihre Daten in Echtzeit schnell, einfach, und kostenfrei auswerten. Der Datenabruf kann auf Knopfdruck aktualisiert werden.

A Google sheet addon for simplyOrg tenants to import their platform data such as Seminar Templates, Scheduled seminars, Contacts and Seminar Participantsto the Google sheet.

How to use:

After installation you will see the following window which you need to enter and save the simplyOrg code to get started.

To find the code please login to your simplyOrg account and from left menu click on “Settings” and “Administrative”:

On new window click on “OAuth Client”:

Then click Add

And in new window fill the two input boxes with “simplyOrg Addon” then click save:

Then click on the client you have just created and click “Copy the code for Google Sheet Addon”:

Open your sheet and paste the code the following box then click “Save”:

The addon is now ready to connect to your simplyOrg account. Click “Connect”:

A new page will open, Enter your simplyOrg username and password and click “Continue”:

If you see a successful login you can close the tab and go back to the Google sheet. Now the addon is connected to your simplyOrg account:

6 Sections on the addon:

1. You can see your current sheet name. If you change the sheet you can always click on the refresh icon to refresh the addon to match the Sheet.
2. You can see three tabs in this section.
a. Table: To choose the data you need to import
b. Fields: To choose the fields of the data you want to import
c. Schedule: To schedule an automatic import periodically.
3. On Table Tab third section you can choose the type of the data you want to import. Currently you can choose from “Contacts”, “Seminar Templates”, “Scheduled Seminara” and “Seminar Participants”.
4. On the forth section you can enter the amount of data you want to import. If you select “Fetch Max” the addon will import all available records.
5. Last update section will be populated automatically with date and time whenever an update happens
6. “Import My Data” click to import your data.

On the Fields tab You can select the fields you need to import. All fields are selected by default.

After Clicking “Import My data”, You will get notified with the amount of imported records:

If you want to update the data periodically, you can click on “Schedule” tab and then “Edit” and choose between “Hourly”, “Daily” and “Monthly” update.
